Sarah Bush Lincoln was recently recognized with three Excellence Through Insight awards for patient experience.
Sarah Bush Lincoln was awarded “Overall Employee Satisfaction and Engagement,” “Overall System Level Clinic Satisfaction,” and “Overall Internal Medicine Clinic Satisfaction” by HealthStream, Inc. for its commitment to excellence in patient care and exceeding industry standards.
To qualify for an award, a hospital must have been a patient satisfaction-tracking client of HealthStream in 2012, scored in the 75th percentile or higher and surveyed a minimum of 100 patients.
HealthStream randomly surveys patients via the telephone and patients of Drs. Julian Vassay, David Winograd and Kiran Joag rated their experience in the top 91st percentile nationwide. Among all the Sarah Bush Lincoln clinics, the patients’ responses to the survey ranked their experiences in the 78th percentile nationwide.
When surveying Sarah Bush Lincoln employees, the responses ranked Sarah Bush Lincoln in the 96th percentile nationwide for employee engagement.
